Use:

It can be used as a water-soluble reagent for the determination of hydrogen peroxide by enzymatic spectrophotometry. It is widely used in diagnostic detection and biochemical tests.

The concentration of hydrogen peroxide corresponds to the substrate concentration. Therefore, the amount of substrate can be determined by the color development of oxidation coupling reaction, and the relatively accurate test results of the concentration of the substance to be measured can be obtained.
