Usage and Dosage
1. Add the test tube to the test tube with a glue addition amount of 0.8 to 1.0 g per tube.
2. The maximum temperature limit of this product is 80 °C. When adding glue, it can be heated by water bath or other suitable method. The heating temperature is controlled at 40~60 °C, and the heating time is basically uniform.
3. After adding the glue, it should be centrifuged at 2500r/min for 2~3 minutes on the centrifuge.
4. At the time of blood test, when the blood is completely coagulated and the serum begins to precipitate, it is allowed to stand for 25 to 30 minutes, and then centrifuged at 1200 to 1500 g for 8 to 10 minutes on a centrifuge to separate the serum from the blood cells.
5. This product can be used in combination with various blood coagulants. It is usually used for clinical biochemistry and immunology, ria and fia test items, storage and delivery of serum samples for serum testing.
