[Usage and Dosage]
1. Add the test tube to the test tube by adding a glue machine, the dosage is 0.8-1.2g/per pipe;
2. The maximum temperature limit of this product is 80 °C. When adding glue, it can be heated by water bath or other suitable method. The heating temperature is controlled at 40-60 °C, and the heating time is basically uniform with colloidal temperature;
3. After adding the glue, it should be centrifuged at a centrifugal force of 1500-2100g for 2 to 3 minutes on the centrifuge;
4. During blood test, when the blood is completely coagulated and the serum begins to precipitate, after being placed for 15 to 25 minutes, the serum and blood cells can be separated by centrifugation at 1500-2100 g for 8 to 10 minutes on a centrifuge;
5. This product can be used in combination with various blood coagulants. It is usually used for clinical biochemistry and immunology, ria and fia test items, storage and delivery of serum samples for serum testing.
